What Do My Personal Coaching Sessions Include?

 

A coaching process may consist of 5 to 12 one-hour sessions, depending on the objectives at hand.

Personal coaching sessions are structured in several phases:

Phase 1:

Defining the objective to be addressed in each session.

Phase 2:

Exploring your self-knowledge. This involves a brief review of specific past experiences to help you discover your behavior patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and the beliefs underlying your actions.

Phase 3:

Evaluating the available options for action, fostering a shift in perspective that will open up new possibilities.

Phase 4:

Establishing a realistic and measurable action plan. You’ll design, with my guidance, the actions you commit to taking to reach your goal. This plan will also consider possible obstacles and the tools needed to overcome them so that nothing stands in your way.

Throughout the process, we’ll work on transforming limiting beliefs to eliminate potential blockages or self-sabotage that, while unnoticed, could hold you back from achieving your goals. With no action, there are no results, so each session is designed to equip you with tools to boost your confidence and empower your daily life.

Sessions can be spaced every two weeks, allowing you to practice and implement the insights and strategies you’ve gained between sessions, as true progress happens in your everyday life, where you’ll put what you’ve learned into action.
